We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance affecting your database server.
As part of our ongoing infrastructure maintenance, we will upgrade the local MariaDB database server from MariaDB 11.8.8 to MariaDB 12.3.
Scheduled maintenance:
Date: Today, 10 August 2026
Start time: 11:40 PM
Expected duration: Approximately 10 minutes
Important: During the MariaDB upgrade, the Plesk server and all websites, applications, and database services hosted on the FellaHost Network affected server will be temporarily unavailable.
The MariaDB upgrade is normally completed without errors and takes approximately 10 minutes. However, as MariaDB is a core component of the server environment, the maintenance may temporarily affect the entire server and all hosted services.
We recommend planning any important website or application activity outside of the scheduled maintenance window.

MariaDB 12.3 includes several improvements, including:
Snapshot isolation enabled by default for improved transaction consistency
Galera library decoupled from core server packages
Performance and query optimizer improvements
Continued maintenance and security updates

No action is required from you during the maintenance. Once the upgrade has been completed, the affected services will become available again automatically.
