📋 DPO Meeting Contribution & Cancellation / Malipo ya Mkutano wa DPO na Ufafanuzi wa Kufuta

The Client is required to contribute sixty percent (60%) of any announced participation fee for a required DPO Meeting, payable within the specified period before the DPO Deadline. FellaHost will cover the remaining forty percent (40%) of the announced amount, depending on the amount announced.

Mteja anatakiwa kuchangia asilimia sitini (60%) ya ada yoyote iliyotangazwa ya kushiriki Mkutano wa DPO unaohitajika, kwa malipo ndani ya kipindi kilichobainishwa kabla ya Tarehe ya Mwisho ya DPO. FellaHost itafidia asilimia arobaini (40%) iliyobaki ya kiasi kilichotangazwa, kulingana na kiasi kilichotangazwa.
🏥 AfyaMakini Hospital Management System
FellaHost Company Limited inatoa huduma ya AfyaMakini Hospital Management System, ambayo ni mfumo wenye nguvu wa usimamizi wa hospitali. Gharama ya huduma hii ni TZS 250,000/ (Shilingi laki mbili na hamsini tu) kwa mwaka.
Kile Kilichojumuika: Gharama hii itajumuisha maboresho makubwa na matengenezo yanayoendelea ya huduma ya mfumo (System as a Service - SaaS), pamoja na marekebisho na upanuzi wa miundombinu ya Mtandao wa Eneo Ndogo (Local Area Network - LAN). Marekebisho haya hayatajumuisha changamoto za vifaa vya kuepuka moja kwa moja, kama vile:
- Matengenezo ya vifaa vilivyo bovu kutokana na umeme mkubwa au mdogo
- Kuharibika kwa Computer/Router Device
- Vifaa vilivyoishia muda wa waranty
⚠️ Angalizo Muhimu: Matengenezo yatakayo fanyika njee ya menejment ya FellaHost bila kuitaarifu taarifa/ridhaa, ambayo imeingia katika mkataba wa usimamizi wa mfumo na vifaa vyake kama vilivyo ainishwa hapo juu, inaweza kukavunja mkataba huu mara moja kwa moja. Aidha kwa kuingilia makubaliano dhidi ya mfumo au vivya vinavyotumika katika utendaji kazi wa mfumo wa usimamizi katika huduma.
